Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and unopened
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Press-on nails, lashes, and beauty products cannot be returned if opened or used for hygiene reasons
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund if approved.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened press-on nail sets
- Opened lash products
- Used beauty accessories
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be sent back to your original payment method within a few business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
